HUMAN-CENTERED PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Human Factors + Mechanical Engineer

Human-centered product development across physical and digital systems.

I design and develop physical and digital products around the people who use them — combining Human Factors research, mechanical design, CAD, prototyping, testing, and iteration to turn real needs into engineered solutions.

HOW I WORK

  1. 01

    Understand

Learn from users, context, and existing systems.

  2. 02

    Define

    Translate needs into measurable requirements.

  3. 03

    Design

    Develop physical and digital concepts.

  4. 04

    Engineer

Use CAD, analysis, components, and design constraints to create feasible solutions.

  5. 05

    Prototype

Build tangible versions of the design.

  6. 06

    Test

Evaluate performance, usability, safety, and fit.

  7. 07

    Iterate

Use evidence to improve the solution.

SELECTED WORK

Human-centered product development, from research to prototype.

01 — 06

My work combines Human Factors with mechanical and digital product development — translating user needs into requirements, concepts, prototypes, and tested design solutions.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PROCESS

An engineer’s curiosity.
A human-centered perspective.

What interests me most is the space between understanding a problem and engineering the solution.
